2026 will be here before you know it. Is your business ready for the new year?
Take a moment before year-end to reset a few essentials:
1. Refresh your compliance.
Confirm your insurance, authority, and credentials are current. Outdated paperwork can slow approvals or cost you a load.
2. Strengthen your digital presence.
Update your Truckstop.com profile with accurate lanes, equipment, and contact info so brokers can find and book you with confidence.
3. Prioritize ID verification.
Set clear steps for verifying new brokers and shippers; or use verified platforms like @Trckstopdotcom that help reduce fraud through identity checks
@Trckstopdotcom helps you book more loads and stay protected in the new year.

Last night, I wrote an article where I mentioned that fraudsters have reverse engineered Highway and RMIS.
Poor choice of words.
To be clear, Highway and RMIS have not been hacked, but rather the criminals have figured out the psychology of the humans that control these systems and the vulnerabilities.
Both Highway and RMIS are best in class products and every broker should invest in these types of systems to protect themselves from the fraud epidemic.

Broker-posted spot rates in the Truckstop.com system were mixed but – like the previous week – did not change much for any of the principal equipment types during the week ended October 24.
