#Sitges2026

Watched BOORMAN AND THE DEVIL on TCM the other night and not only did I love it, I can't stop thinking about it. EXORCIST II, as well as its history, has long fascinated me and the story behind everything that happened with it is so much more than I ever knew. @davidkittredge
Exorcist II: The Heretic is so controversial that they made a brand new documentary about it called Boorman and the Devil, and it's a must watch (the documentary, not the movie). Let's review this fantastic doc! #BoormanandtheDevil

Hi. This is my regular attempt to convince you that The Outwaters (2022) is not only the greatest found-footage horror movie of all time, but one of the greatest horror movies of all time.
I have never (honestly NEVER) experienced such heart-pounding terror as when I was watching this movie.
Also, this is the most beautifully shot found-footage horror flick. Just stunning.

BOORMAN AND THE DEVIL is now in UK cinemas. It's a fascinating insight into what went wrong (or right) with one of the worst horror sequels of all time. My full review here: buff.ly/rsrqVar

Exorcist II: The Heretic was released in 1977 to a litany of horrible reviews—but as Boorman and the Devil weaves its utterly fantastic web we come to appreciate the plight of a filmmaker who finds himself caught in a maelstrom of bad omens and bad luck. You don’t have to have seen The Exorcist or The Heretic to enjoy this behind-the-scenes documentary. You do have to have a taste for gossip and a sense of humor
