Last night I watched Nosferatu (1922) at the Pasadena Presbyterian Church with live organ music. It was my gf’s idea to go and it was totally rad.

All music venues are overpricing. There’s a reason for it and it’s not even them being greedy per se. It’s unfortunate!

Kara Swisher's NYT columns & pods declaring the end of movie theaters, glazing streaming CEOs & Warner's soon-to-be-ousted Jason Kilar (who fumbled Christohper Nolan), and declaring her own lack of interest in moviegoing as indicative of a national trend have aged like dogshit

So happy to see festivals in Mexico FINALLY showing films that aren’t in black & white & Amores Perros. This & Como Fui A Enamorarme De Ti playing in Morelia are signs that festivals are finally understanding that people want to see “cine popular” & actually care about it.

And remember, Mexican Cinema isn’t limited nor is there “other” Mexican cinema. It’s all just one. Don’t let nobody bullshit you into thinking there’s any difference.

The AI summary for Gmail is so stupid. There’s no purpose for that at all. I can just read the entire email chain to know what’s going on!!

Raise your hands if you support that google should bring back the non-AI version of Google. Like no AI summary, no AI overview, no AI to read the internet, like we want Google to show the actual results.

A very interesting read after all the “chisme” being posted this past weekend. That’s all I’m gonna say.
