Hey friends! Read Deuteronomy 26. “...so be careful to obey them wholeheartedly.” Deuteronomy 26:16
Moses has reminded Israel of God’s commands and now he is telling them, “Go and do it!”
There is a major difference between knowing and doing. We can know all the right things
…to do and never do them. We can know all the wrong things we aren’t supposed to do and do them.
The difference between knowledge and wisdom is that wisdom is knowledge applied.
My friends, Moses is calling Israel to be wise, and this passage calls us to do the same.
Being human is hard. Some days, we need that reminder that our struggles don’t get the final word.
In Christ, we have hope that reaches beyond our circumstances—and promises we can hold onto when life feels heavy.
Remembering and rejoicing!🙌
Fifty years ago the church was experiencing what came to be known As The Charismatic Renewal.
Today my mind goes back to those days. I remember a song we were singing.

limiting a community to one sexual partner (their spouse) keeps STIs at bay.
This is all echoed in the New Testament when Paul answers questions the early Church had about how they were to function. They were to love one another, showing the world how God loves us, by making…
