Maryland's prisons and jails are dangerous places for trans people. We need more collaboration and transparency from the department, and hope things continue to go that way!
(4/4) TRAC leaders also testified at Department of Corrections budget hearings in the House & Senate.
Incarcerated trans people in MD are at risk every day.
We need the dept to step up & are glad to see steps being taken!
