ALT Defendants, their officers, agents, employees, servants, attorneys, and all persons in active concert or participation with them, ARE HEREBY ENJOINED AND RESTRAINED, pending further order of the Court, from enforcing, against any physician or practitioner and relating to any patient: (1) S.E.A. 480's prohibitions on gender transition procedures, except the prohibition on gender reassignment surgery. S.E.A. 480 § 13(a) (to be codified at Ind. Code § 25-1-22-13(a)). (2) S.E.A. 480's prohibition on "aid[ing] or abet[ting] another physician or practitioner in the provision of gender transition procedures to a minor" as applied to providing patients with information, making referrals to other medical providers, and providing medical records or other information to medical providers.
