TransFam App V1.2 is ready!!
After months of development, we are excited to announce our first major update to the TransFam application!
As of today, in-app chatting has been enabled, allowing heroes and supporters to get to know each other directly through the app.

Trans Family Network needs help. We have gotten to make some incredible mutual aid connections but at this point we are mostly a repository for trans people’s needs and ability to help, but most of that is sitting there while we figure things out, and we need help doing that. /1
State legislative sessions are beginning, anti-trans bills are coming, and we are still here and need your sign ups, to be matched to provide or receive help. We are still working on matching, as you can imagine making that process secure is a cautious one.

Having this private channel gives both of you the opportunity to get to know each other better in a much more convenient & secure way. Once you both feel ready, we encourage you to move the conversation off of our app & onto an end-to-end encrypted messaging service like Signal.
We are very close to being fully up and running so I thought I’d share with you that we’re having our first big success stories, having gotten a trans person out of a rural area in a red state to temporary safe housing. Sign up to help or be helped today!
