On a matched question every wei staked is paid to a winner, taken as the fee, or left as rounding dust; a winner is paid at least the stake back; the fee is at most a twentieth of the win; and the dust is smaller than the number of winning stakes in wei, so the house never keeps a wei of anybody's stake. 480 settlements: paid + fee + dust = staked every time, every winner paid at least the stake, no cut over a twentieth of the win, dust under the winner count, wins never past the losing pool, voids returned whole. When the exchange shuts for the weekend, or a stock is halted, the pools on Robinhood Chain keep filling trades on a price nobody can check against the real one. Halt Watch reads every swap in those pools and asks the question the pools do not: was the stock’s own market open when this trade went through. 𝟬𝟮.
