When it comes to trail running races, is there any better gift than the effort it took to get you there?

I've decided to (try to) journal my progress with starting and running a new charity. It might be helpful to some people to see the many mistakes I've made and hopefully some of the wins I've had/will have. Selfishly it could be great for me too, to get advice along the way 😊
I'm really looking forward to mentally unloading this cerebral junkyard that is my brain! Not sure what I can and can't say in terms of details about a charity still in the application process. Hopefully will figure that out as I go!

A snap from our recent race team trip to the Black Mountains. This was our final day and the team were running uphill into a strong head wind. Impossible to put into words the pride I felt at that moment!

We don't install grit and determination in the Fam. We unlock it!

Has anyone ever taken a group (adults or kids) to a major trail ultra to spectate and experience the stoke?!
I'm feeling that @Trail_Fam need to witness some greats at @UTMBMontBlanc next year?!

So happy that USA has finally rejoined the Pittsburgh Agreement. Welcome back!
Tonight I found myself running free under the light of a crescent moon.
