His first court appearance was today and even though there are multiple victims and it is a felony charge he was not held under the (most inappropriately named) SafeTAct.
He is charged with unauthorized video recording of a juvenile after allegedly taking upskirt videos of students.
A student said he took her into a room for stretching/jumping, held his phone, and a flash went off.
She reported it immediately. Phone forensics found images and videos. Prosecutors say multiple minor victims.
Placed on leave the same day.
District pursuing termination.
This is why parents demand schools actually protect kids. Yet, we were called “domestic terrorists” under Biden.

BREAKING: Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has arrested a Nigerian non-citizen in Lynn, MA and DOJ has charged her after they say she illegally voted in several US elections, including the 2024 Presidential election & 2022 midterms, and falsely attested to be a US citizen multiple times while registering to vote in MA.
DOJ has now charged 56-year-old Gladys Adaeze Okafor with unlawfully voting as an alien and she is expected to make her first appearance in federal court in Boston later today.
Per DOJ, Okafor is a Nigerian national who has a green card/lawful permanent resident status in the US, but hasn’t applied for US citizenship – and is legally not allowed to vote because she is a non-citizen.
Feds say when she registered to vote in Lynn, MA in July 2022, she falsely attested to be a US citizen. She then voted in the 2022 midterms.
DOJ says she then submitted a second voter registration form in 2023, once again falsely attesting to be a US citizen. She then allegedly voted in the 2024 Presidential election, which DOJ says she admitted to in a recorded interview with an HSI agent last week.
DOJ says the case is being prosecuted by U.S. Attorney Leah Foley as part of DOJ's joint effort with DHS to crack down on unlawful voting and election fraud.
