Hello and Welcome! I’m Josh, Tracking my XP gained in various creative endeavors. I aspire to sequential art and comic-making. The current project aims to push my comic skills forward, making a story focused on a party of adventurers trying to earn silver. 🧵⬇️
A digital drawing of my character, Bridget, done in a limited color palette. The only colors are a pale pink, a muted orange, a muted green, a muted blue, and a muted yellow. The character, Bridget, stands between two trees, walking ahead, sword and shield out, head on a swivel.

A collage of each of the digital drawings of my characters, places onto a simple background. From left to right we have: Marianne the archer, Simon the cutpurse, Bridget the bold, Collin the pious, and Beatrice the sorceress. They are an adventuring party, styled after western medieval fantasy, based on ideas from TTRPG and my own writings.

A digital drawing of my character Bridget Dormer. She’s stepping to the side as we look up at her from a low angle. She’s colored in flat colors with a texture overlayed. She holds her sword in her right hand, and has her left hand out.

A digital drawing of my cast of characters for an upcoming comic project. They're a party of fantasy adventurers enjoying some down time at the tavern. There's a warm light coming from above. The characters lean against the counter and sit on the stools, engaging in conversation, carrying tankards.

Day 28 of OC-Tober: Mock Merch! Decided on a sticker design, rather than something more extravagant, as I could actually sell some eventually. This will probably have to get digitized unless people like the trad design enough.

Sheila the swordswoman has found a wondrous suit of armor deep in the dungeon For the halloween season, she appears as some sort of wonder woman
A digital art cover/pinup of my character, Sheila the swordswoman, dressed up as Wonder Woman. The design for the armor is inspired by the DC Rebirth run. She is a powerfully built woman standing in the midst of a forest, in front of an ancient ruin. She holds her sword aloft and is dressed in the red, blue, and gold costume of Wonder Woman. Sheila glows radiantly with the power of the suit.

Day 27 of OC-Tober: Redesign Giving Bridget a bronze age fantasy look. I'm in the process of changing a lot of my setting to something more bronze age inspired. This is maybe too specifically Greek inspired for my liking. Not really fantasy enough. But it's something!

Brought the markers out for the first time in ages and added some color to Bridget here
A traditional drawing of my character Bridget. The lines are done with a fine liner, the colors have been done with arteza alcohol markers. The warrior woman wipes some blood from her lips with a fierce look in her eyes.

Day 25 of OC-Tober: Outfit Swap Bridget and Simon try on each other's clothes and armor. It goes how you might expect. Lots of fun options for this. Might have to do some digital sketches after the month is done 🤔

Day 24 of OC-Tober: Casual Bridget is dressed down, out of her padded cloth, her brigandine, her metal plates. It's time for some relaxation, enjoying a cup of mead.

Completed weeks so far! It's been fun to get back to traditional art and pens for a while. Might get out some brush pens for the next week.

Day 14 of OC-Tober: Robot/Awkward Beatrice has put together a stone golem, an automaton. But, she's not an expert, and can't help but feel like the golem is a bit awkward looking. One more fast and loose one to get me caught up. Now we're back on track!

Day 25 is "outfit Swap", and I wanted to poll y'all as to which of my characters should swap outfits. Ideally Bridget would be one of them since she's been the star of the month. But I'm open to other options.

Day 23 of OC-Tober: Beachwear Bikinis are worn to the beach. Battle bikinis are famously worn by the likes of Red Sonja. So, here's Bridget donning some similar armor. She doesn't seem too sure about its value for defense or for swimming.
