What a ride by Yomar Ortiz Jr. 17-year old jockey just won his first career race in the 5th at Keeneland just now. He had to come up the rail and was in tight for most of the stretch. Well-done! @yomar_ortizjr

There were 26 races today between KEE, BEL, IND and the first race at RP so far. 24 of the 26 (92%) races were won by a horse either first or second turning for home (most wire to wire). The two that didn't were third on the turn for home.

This is the epitmoe of what makes horse racing a less appealing game then ever before. In 1996, this horse would have been 25-1. Maybe 20-1 if the connections bet. Today it is 2-1 from 15-1 morning line and wins for fun.
