🎯 whew! They give a FB coach the job, & call him a “Track guy” 🤦🏾‍♂️ - No fall or strength training - No ath development - 1st practice is in Jan/Feb The passionate track kids transfer or get private/club coaches…. AND THE STAFF BLAME/SHAME THE KIDS FOR WANTING A REAL COACH.
Quentin Butler@CoachQ_ButlerAug 22
Track & Field staffs should have track & field MINDED coaches. Not get an extra stipend coach because that wouldn’t fly in any of the “major” sports.

I’m so proud of how much our HC, @_Coach_OC and I have worked to build our women’s roster. From barely having 14 athletes and not being able to run relays, to now having a **FLEET** the growth has been amazing to watch. #TheNewEra #NOLAsTeam #NolaSpeed #UNO #PlankByPlank
