Imagine we prescribed music & connection as default with a dementia diagnosis. As the song goes, you may say I'm a dreamer, but looking at @TownBreak & @nevisensemble - I'm not the only one!

@Townbreak Our work with @cshscp led us to Town Break which supports families affected by a diagnosis of dementia. It offers friendship groups, coffee clubs, cognitive stimulation therapy & day clubs. Town Break is 30 years old in 2022 and have big plans! townbreak.org/?page_id=106
