i've started hating this reset bullshit so fucking much.
- so i have a reset coming on Sunday anyway, with about 30% left.
- they announce that the reset will happen on Friday @ 10 am.
- ok, i don't want to lose my 30%, so i spin up Astra and use it for some big refactoring work i was planning to do over the weekend.
- there's no reset @ 10 am because their compute power probably can't handle it right now, so they just go completely silent.

Claude Opus 5 + Seedance finds Shopify products, turns them into cinematic 3D landing pages and sends it to the owner
here's what it does:
- pulls every shopify store's catalog off its public products.json
- drops any product without a clean front-on photo
- lifts the label straight off their own product shot
- rebuilds the product in new worlds, scene by scene
- seedance chains the scenes into one 15 second film
- prices and copy drop in verbatim from their catalog
- ships it as a scrolling landing page with shop buttons
- records the scroll, DMs/mails the owner the live link
the whole process can be fully automated with Openclaw/Hermes
reply "3D" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)

kimi k3 + hermes finds local businesses with ugly or zero websites, builds them a real one and sends the owner a loom-style video of it
i sold my first website on literally my first dm, just off a loom video
the system you can run as a one-person agency:
- it scrapes one niche off google maps and flags everyone without a site
- it keeps only rated, reviewed, still-alive businesses
- pulls the owner's name from review replies
- kimi k3 writes each site from their real reviews, nothing invented
- a face-cam walkthrough plays over the new site
- the owner clicks, sees their business look professional, claims the site
every step from sourcing to outreach is fully automated
reply "SITE" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)

Claude Opus 4.8 might be my favorite update yet.
$40K in sales came from an ad that looks like a cartoon, instead of a nutrition brand.
Bright colors. Cartoon characters. It looked nothing like supplement marketing.
Claude built the strategy. I dropped it into ad templates already proven to convert. Most brands stop at the copy and never wire Claude into a production tool.
→ Claude came back with concepts
→ It wrote the script and built the scenes beat by beat
→ I matched each concept to a template around a format that already converts
→ The tool rendered the finished animated ads, ready to test
The cartoon ad was 1 of 15 variations that week.
I documented the whole workflow 👇
→ The Opus 4.8 prompts that generate concepts you'd never think to brief
→ The script structure for animated and non-traditional formats
→ The template library and tool we use to render finished ads
→ The testing framework that lets the data pick the winner
Comment "OPUS" and I'll send it to your DMs.

My OpenClaw agent runs a complete website agency on autopilot:
• Scrapes 100s of local businesses from Google Maps
• Pulls up their site from the Wayback Machine, flags any site that hasn't changed since 2020
• Builds them a fully custom website in minutes
• Screenshots their old site vs the new one side by side
• Sends the outreach email automatically
• Runs 24/7 with zero manual work
Businesses with old websites are easier to sell than ones with no website, they already paid for one before
Reply "SKILL" and I'll send you the free skill file that runs this entire agency on autopilot (must be following)

this OpenClaw bot finds restaurants with ugly food photos, redrafts them as IG posts, and mails the owner a postcard...on autopilot.
here's how social-media agencies can use this system and land clients:
- scrapes every restaurant in a city in real time
- filters by review count + rating + last post date + photo quality
- pulls the strongest food photo from Google Maps reviews
- samples the brand palette from the restaurant's own visual identity
- AI-redrafts the photo into a 9:16 brand-matched Instagram post
- writes a postcard quoting a real reviewer + dish
- mails it to the owner by first name with a preview QR
every step from discovery to brand-matching to outreach is automated.

5 startup ideas you can build and resell using only ElevenLabs Agents
each one costs $0.08/min to run and replaces $2-5k/mo in human labor
Let's break them down ↓
1. AI Receptionist for Local Businesses
dentists, salons, clinics, they all pay $2-3k/mo for someone to answer phones
build a voice agent that:
- answers calls 24/7
- books appointments
- handles FAQs
- speaks the client's language
who ALREADY uses it: ~31% of local service businesses
who STILL needs it: ~69% (your market)
white-label it, charge $300-500/mo per client
your cost per client: ~$30/mo in minutes
2. Multilingual Customer Support
ElevenLabs agents speak 70+ languages natively
e-commerce brands selling internationally need support in 5-10 languages minimum
one agent replaces a 5-person multilingual team
who ALREADY uses it: ~36% of e-commerce businesses
who STILL needs it: ~64% and most of them are mid-market brands scaling globally
sell 24/7 coverage, mark up the minutes, charge per-seat
3. AI Sales Qualifier (SDR Replacement)
voice agent calls inbound leads, asks 5-10 qualifying questions, books
meetings directly into the sales team's calendar
startups pay $4-6k/mo per SDR
you charge $1.5k/mo for an agent that works 24/7 and never misses a lead
who ALREADY uses it: ~27% of mid-market teams
who STILL needs it: ~73% and 22% already fully replaced human SDRs
plug it into any CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
4. Restaurant Order-Taking Agent
phone ordering for restaurants, pizzerias, takeout spots
the agent takes the order, upsells sides and drinks, confirms, pushes to the POS
who ALREADY uses it: ~34% of restaurants
who STILL needs it: ~66% (expected to hit 50%+ in major cities this year)
build one integration template → sell to 100+ restaurants at $200/mo each
that's $20k/mo from one vertical
5. Real Estate Showing Scheduler
agents answer property inquiry calls, give listing details, qualify buyers, and book viewings (all mid-call)
realtors spend hours on phone scheduling
who ALREADY uses it: ~18% use voice AI specifically
who STILL needs it: ~82%
while 82% of agents already use some form of AI, almost none have voice agents
charge per listing or flat monthly
integrates with their calendar + CRM
--------
How to build any of these:
- sign up for ElevenLabs (startups get $4k free credits)
- pick your niche
- build the agent with their no-code platform
- connect it to GPT or Claude for the brain
- plug in scheduling/CRM via API
- white-label it under your brand
you don't need to build AI, you need to sell AI to people who don't know it exists yet
reply "ELEVEN" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too

Doe chill. Eet een friet. Zoek hulp. Merci en goed weekend! ❤️🫶🏼
