The reason I want Conte at Manchester United is the same reason Real Madrid appointed Mourinho. Madrid knew they needed someone ruthless to restore standards, discipline, and a winning mentality before anything tactical could work. That's exactly where United are right now.

Imagine choosing Eddie Howe when Julian Nagelsmann is available. Both are free agents, but Wilcox as technical director prefers an English manager over a German one. Bring Nagelsmann in to build properly, sack Wilcox, and let Vivell work alongside him as they did at Leipzig. They have shown they can build a project in different scenarios and can try at Manchester United.
