(1) hey @British_Airways I need your help.
- you took my 65 disabled year old mother's medicine off her boarding her flight
- you then lost her luggage, so she was without clothes or medicine for 2 weeks
- you then send her friends luggage back to the right address but not mums

- you then send my mums luggage to a hotel in New orleans (were from uk) to a hotel she has never heard of.
- we have tried so many numbers to not get through to people or outright be told "my mum just needs to get a curior"

Studying history is self harm because all you read about is how shit the rich are and how exploited the poor are and I'm using present tense on purpose because the self harm is seeing that so little actually changes.
