Today i was sworn at by a client and then they hung up on me. I fired them. 2nd one this month. I refuse to be abused, forced into overtime, asked to commit fraud, I will NOT.
I will not be taken advantage of. END OF STORY

Not me in tears, im taking my team away for a training week. Obviously my family are staying home. I do t enjoy being away from my family.
Absolutely heartbroken, a client of 5 years, Passed away this morning.
My regular 9am every Monday call, a friend, mentor, confidant. Gone but never forgotten.
My heart goes out to his family.
Life is too short to continue not to live. One clients dad in ICU after having a stroke. Another client in ICU after having a stroke yesterday. I'm reeling.
Decided to do a bit of a social media detox, have app timers etc as I realise my anxiety is spiking. Long story. But
I need some good book recommendations.

I don't know why it spikes my anxiety so much, but
It makes me so so so mad when an accountant charges money for 🐂 💩 work.
Because then it can sts the client sometimes more than double to get things fixed properly.
I can without a doubt say that even though I have Canva, designing signs and notices and adverts are not an easy task. What's too much, what's just enough, what's legible and catchy and and.
I've started exercising a little. Instead of vegging in front of the TV, I treadmill while doing that. And on days I want to circuit train, my kids are my gym buddies.
