As everyone knows, Twix was being put down. My grandpa chose against it after all and the new update is.. he is walking! He’s jumping! His wound is almost 100% healed. 🥺🖤 Twix is thriving, I cannot edit my auto tweet currently but, my cat survived a deadly hit of a car. 🫂

Wow. Just wow. Prayers for Reggie & his healing & shame on anyone mocking, questioning or speaking negatively about him for opening up. It’s already incredibly difficult for survivors to speak about SA & we especially don’t see men publicly having these types of conversations. & at the same time we’re watching “Jane Doe” in the Cornell 7 case have her story picked apart. Different people. Different circumstances. Same reminder: THIS is why survivors are terrified to speak up. You can have questions. You can wait for facts to be established but publicly ridiculing or attacking someone for saying they were sexually abused only reinforces the silence that keeps so many survivors from ever coming forward. Prayers for Reggie. Prayers for Jane Doe. Prayers for every survivor who still hasn’t found the courage or safety to tell their story 🤍
