The "grail question" is indeed a great question: Whom does the grail serve? (...and whom do you serve?)

Should I reprice BoomerRealEstate.com? 🤔

This is your reminder from a mid 50s guy. All this work, all these side hustles, are all to have an enjoyable life. Not at the end, but in the middle. Spend it on memories and things you probably think you shouldn't.
Domains, websites, flipping, all paid for trips with my Mom and family. Runs and conferences all over the world that made no financial sense, but now I wouldn't trade for 3x that cost.
I've enjoyed all this work, all this building, and at the same time I never miss an opportunity to do something I will remember. There are very little "I wish I had" to this point and I plan on crossing off any that I have
I call it "keyword scalping".
It is what it is.
I am seeing more and more people trying to extract other domainers .si acquisitions in the comments, usually under the pretext of ..I might be interested in buying it.
With hand-reg opportunities becoming increasingly scarce and most of the obvious good names already taken, it seems some have run out of ideas and are now using other domainers acquisitions as a research tool seeing what others found, then checking the surrounding names and patterns for themselves.
The registry is getting competitive enough that even sharing what you bought can effectively give someone a roadmap to what they should be looking at next..
A vision for the domaining future: every registrar has a prompt-driven personal agent for handling domain administration and updates. No more clicking around clunky UIs.
E.g. "Sparky, change nameservers for the following list of domains ..."
Sparky: "Right away, Domain Master"
5 .si domains today. That looks like signal.

My 2 cents on .si. The gub'ment does have a funny way of inserting itself into free markets though. Some would say, artificially.
Replying to @adamstrong
To use a crypto analogy, Trump basically hard forked the branding of intelligence from artificial to super, and now the market will decide which fork is to be the primary chain going forward.

How should I price this one?
$10k? $100k? $1M?
"sold via spaceship" ... "sold via Afternic" ....
Marketplace/escrow notification pics or it didn't happen.
The only acceptable standard, as used by DNJournal for decades.
No need to get cute with custom graphics.
"Just the facts, ma'am."
Funny how this came up. At the risk of sounding stodgy, my local radio has been playing this song nonstop lately, when I'm in the car, and I have to turn it off every time, because all I can think about it now is: this is a song about coveting your neighbor's woman.
Do you agree with this quick tip from Atom?
Could it be that responding quickly is simply an indicator the seller is eager to close (and therefore more likely to accept an offer), confusing correlation with causation?
Spaceship seems to have rewritten everything from the ground up except for the domain search function which is arguably the most important feature, and the worst part about Namecheap.
I may be alone here, but I find Beast Mode insufferable.
