ISIS terrorist spotted shopping at King Charles’ local Co-op.
Mohammed Yaseen was free to walk the streets near Windsor Castle after he was allowed to stay in Britain on "human rights" grounds.
Yaseen was part of the Al Qaeda group that beheaded Briton Ken Bigley before joining a unit in Isis that carried out stonings, beheadings and mass executions.
