Released in 2003 by ToyToy, Ms. Muncher is a clone of Ms. Pac-Man built in Java.
In shareware fashion, this version is a demo containing the first four levels - afterwards prompting you to buy Ms. Muncher Deluxe online for the full experience.
Sadly, Deluxe is lost in time.

This.
If a company wants to use fanmade media, let them.
If anything, it's a sign that the brand appreciates and is grateful for fanmade content, and that's a good thing.
