I bought some @ToonsBridge ricotta at @fancycheeseco and itās dressed with chilli, garlic, thyme, lemon zest & the fabulous olive oil from @FoodCircleYork itās going to be in the oven for a bit with the tomatoes then added to spaghetti. Itās a @jamieoliver dish and itās delicious

It has taken me far too long altogether to try @ToonsBridge cultured butter. It is delicious and ā if I understand correctly ā essentially a health food. Just the thing with toasted sourdough.

The picture doesn't do it justice. Tried chorizo Cular IbƩrico Bellota on tonight's pizza (as recommended by @ToonsBridge). Sublime. The (very buttery, very garlicky) garlic bread with rosemary was also satisfactory.

Pepper, onion, nduja, topped with smoked scamorza from @ToonsBridge baked and then topped with morsels of prosciutto, consumed with a slice of toast. That was lunch. I should have taken a picture but, to be honest, it would have been blurred as it was eaten rapidly...
