Getting laid off made one thing clear: A job is not automatically safer than owning a business. I had built several side businesses before. They made good extra income, but I never understood what that really meant. I had already done the hardest part: - I started. - I found customers. - I made money. I just needed to choose one path, commit to it, and grow it. Now I am building full time around what I actually loved to do all those years: - building businesses - helping people achieve their dreams Today, I help others turn their strengths and interests into a business of their own.

Corvus corone cornix, time to time a light colored or a white crow hatches. Most of the time they are rejected from the flock. Are they like the entrepreneurs of the crows? 😅 Had fun with my family in the zoo today 👍

AI can help a solopreneur research, draft, organize and handle repeated tasks faster. But this leverage is useless without direction. You still have to decide what to build, who cares about it, and if it's actually good.

How do your breaks look like? 😅 Entrepreneurship is not just about money, but freedom and fulfillment.

The best businesses don’t just make money. They make someone’s life better. Terry has ALS, which has made his speech almost impossible to understand. But now, Neuralink is helping turn his thoughts into AI-generated speech. That’s the kind of impact entrepreneurship can create.

What are your 2 highest return activities for the new week? Mine: - Fulfillment for current 2 clients (get testimonials to build proof - which will be the highest leverage for my marketing, branding and sales). - Warm outreach for 2 more clients.
You would be richer if you did more of fewer things because when you do fewer things, you only do the things with the highest return. And when you do more of things with the highest return, you make more. The problem is we're too afraid to commit. Which means a lack of courage prevents more people from getting rich than a lack of intelligence.

Have a blessed Sunday everyone! Wish you a successful coming week :)

Building a business rarely goes as planned. That uncertainty and chaos are part of entrepreneurship. Don’t waste energy trying to predict every turn. Learn fast. Adapt faster. Keep moving.

People who are afraid to invest in themselves will remain poor. It is not so much about building a business as it is about building the entrepreneur.

I already won in life. God is good. Married to my stunning wife for 14 years, wonderful children and peaceful beautiful location. Business is just an addition, not the deciding factor.

You don't succeed suddenly, it is a build up of "failures". You might just be a few failures from success. Don't quit now.
Failure is closer to success than thinking about success.

Your first offer sucks. Sell it for free, so it sucks less faster. The feedback value is massive. You will know a lot better what to build and what to scrap. Speed is king, this is the fastest path.

Every broken promise to yourself chips away at self-belief. Break enough of them, and even your own goals start to feel untrustworthy. Rebuild that trust with small promises you can keep. Confidence grows from evidence.

Consistency is about making tasks as simple as possible. If you lack clarity on the steps you need to take, you need to use a lot more willpower to start and energy to complete them. You won't get far like that. Reverse engineer your plan - understand where you want to be, what needs to be done to get there and create clear steps that will achieve that.

GM! Today I keep working through my warm leads, yesterday closed 2/2, need 1 more. Also will improve my ghostwriting skills using @Jayyanginspires Copywriting Workbook and work on content. Finally will work on delivering for clients. What's on your ToDo list for today?

This hits just as hard at the desk as it does in the gym.

2 back-to-back sales calls in 30 min. Have helped 3 clients kickstart their businesses for free - massive learning curve and lots of iterating. Now selling first payed version.

If you quit your job to chase a dream, make it worth it. Don’t build yourself another job with worse hours - this will leave you burned out and hate your life. 1⃣ Sell to the right people. 2⃣ Make your offer highly valuable. 3⃣ Charge accordingly.

Do the work manually for long enough time before automating it. You need to know what good work looks like, but this will only be revealed by enough data. Automation can speed up a sound process. Applied too early, it helps you repeat the wrong work faster.

I would help three early clients by hand before spending months on systems. Doing the work shows what customers need, where they struggle and what they value enough to pay for. Build the system after those patterns become clear.

A low price can make a business expensive to run. You need more customers to earn the same income. That creates more selling, delivery and support, with less time for each person. Charge enough to serve customers well and improve the offer.
