Another example of poor functionality by ScamWatch...no wonder reported scams are low...they can't collect reports !!! The hyperlink was direct from the email address...but that is not good enough for ScamWatch! It must meet their special requirements @JEChalmers @Treasury_AU

Aus Gov's ScamWatch is not functional if it can't report scam...'coz it doesn't meet tech requirements. Maybe the 'experts' should revisit the functionality of the 'reporting' process which 'under report' scams if they can't be registered. The URL was lifted from the scam email.

KPMG thinks that splitting consulting & audit functions will lead to reduced access to specialist skills! Maybe they should just hire additional specialists for the audit function & purchase advice like everyone else. Inane, specious response KPMG! #kpmg #@Deborah_ONeill

Much criticism of fed govt for not having larger fertilizer stockpiles. Prep starts at home with the business! Farmers, distributors & importers should have larger fertilizer stockpiles. Industries want self regulation in 'good times' but criticize govt when they fail to do so!

Aus-EU trade, sec @ research FTA, shows how idiotic BREXIT was for UK listening to Farage. 'Shedding of EU redtape' made UK GDP 6-8% smaller, €140 bn output loss, reduced biz investment: 12-18%. Incr redtape as UK exports now hit by tariffs. Biggest own goal! @Keir_Starmer

The National's hubris means they want to be ONP lite thinking it will prolong survival: they make poor decisions & challenged the Libs on climate change & hate speech hoping to dictate outcomes & embarrass them. It backfired badly. This will end badly for the Nats. @LiberalAus

ACCI demands Gov reduce inflationary pressure on economy by slashing $50bn off aged care, NDIS, childcare, health & defence. Maybe cutting corporate welfare is better: abolish diesel fuel rebate ($10. 8 bn) which subsidizes miners who pay little tax @JEChalmers @AlboMP @ACCINews

⁦@Telstra⁩ , can’t you stop these scammers impersonating your business. I just had some one wanting to take of my wifi ! Older folk in the community won’t know what to do and believe these scammers!

Collapse of 2 retail super funds & loss of $1.2 b of 12,000 Australians is a poignant reminder of risks of retail funds: big fees to financial advisers to attract income & big dividends for owners. Nothing for the contributors. Does not happen with industry funds @IndustrySuper

Disgusting service again by @Telstra ! They can't link accounts & disconnect services within 30 mins of missing a payment. Refuse to re-debit. But it takes days to process new payments & deny services to customers. Who is briefing Dominic Arena how Fetch customers are treated?

I trust that Elon now realises his place in the world. He thinks he is an equal to Trump … but never will be able to compete against Trumps ego ! Just another foot soldier to be used and then discarded by Trump !

Please share this video far and wide. Trump has said that people under “felony indictment” should not be allowed to run for President.
Trump in 2016: “She shouldn’t be allowed to run...If she wins, it would create an unprecedented constitutional crisis. In that situation, we could very well have a sitting president under felony indictment and, ultimately, a criminal trial. It would grind government to a halt.”

ASFA has destroyed idiotic idea to raid super accounts for home deposits. Under this 'policy' home prices would jump by 9%, most would not have adequate super bal for home dep nor their retirement: Aus Gov would have to deal with fallout 30 yrs from now @asfaAUST @PeterDutton_MP

After two weeks of "training," Nepalis were thrown into Bakhmut, and Serbs are treated like cattle - a report about mercenaries in the Russian army. Mercenaries from Nepal, Cuba, India, and many other countries join the Russian army and go to fight in Ukraine because of money. They are offered a salary of at least $2,000 a month, while the average salary in Nepal is only $250-$600. Today, more than 250 mercenaries have been reported dead, but no one knows how many are actually in the trenches or have already died. 📹 Current Time
There are numerous reports of the Russian army recruiting people from Ethiopia, Nepal and Somali. They are promised good money and told they would stay away from the frontlines, Michał Bruszewski writes for Defence24. pl “The company paid me $200 and I was happy. But then they took $50 saying it was for the accommodation. So I have $150. I received a payment only for a month of work, and then my visa was to expire" - a Somalian recruit from the Russian army told Ukrainians after being taken prisoner of war. “I joined the army because I was going to get the money. It was promised that I would serve in Russia. I was supposed to get a Russian passport in a month. I probably signed the contract for a year, but it was in Russian, so I didn’t understand anything,” he adds. Nepalese soldiers who fight on Russia's side in the war, share similar stories. "In the contract there was to be that I was supposed to help, not go to war,” another soldier from Nepal, now a PoW in Ukraine, says. Link to full article (in Polish): defence24.pl/wojna-na-ukrain…
