Amazing scenes in Paris yesterday. 800,000 students, workers and Yellow Vests together against the government.
The government, media and the police trying to turn it into a law and order issue but this is a social revolt that is spreading across the continent.
The question of welfare not warfare is ever-present here on the placards and banners and next week French left MPs @LegavreJerome and @DanieleObono will be joining us on our UK tour to explain why and how the protests in France are unfolding and how they relate to the anti-war movement in Britain.

I am told that today’s demonstration in Paris is one of the biggest ever.

If you’re serious about eradicating antisemitism you and your party will stop conflating Zionism with Judaism and recognise that the Green Party motion made a clear distinction between Zionism and Jews.
