After almost four years at CNY Central... I'm not going anywhere!
I am so excited to share that I am entering into a new chapter, as a sports anchor/reporter.
Central New York is and always has been home. It's where the people I love most are, and it's where I discovered I'm happiest on a court or field with a camera in hand.
Starting in news as a producer, to taking the leap of faith to on-air, I am now closer to a dream that little Rachel would have never thought possible.
I am incredibly grateful to all who have supported me at every turn, and I can't wait to continue to tell the sports stories CNY.

I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.
