It's very concerning we're having to write this, in the past 24 hours we've been called to 4 incidents with @SurreyPolice where children are playing on ice on lakes & rivers in Epsom, Guildford, Ashted & Godalming. PLEASE explain to children that playing on ice is very dangerous.

An out-of-control grass fire spread to a nearby house in Runnymede, Surrey, on Monday afternoon.
Surrey Fire and Rescue Service said that eight fire engines and an aerial ladder platform were sent to the scene to deal with the incident.

It’s not often that I visit @SurreyFRS station 23 Gomshall but tonight at an un earthly hour was a needs must. The appliance speedo(a legal requirement) stopped working. A traced broken wire found, a repair made with a road test. Satisfaction gained🚒🧰.
