With trust in the Canadian judiciary eroding, Chief Justice Wagner has an opportunity to show Canadians he is serious about earning it back. Recusing himself is the right thing to do, and the entire country knows it whether they supported the Freedom Convoy or not. Justice must not only be done; it must also be seen to be done. @ChrisBarber1975
Can Canadians expect an impartial hearing when the Chief Justice has already publicly condemned the Freedom Convoy? In this column, John Carpay argues that Justice Richard Wagner’s past remarks raise serious questions about judicial impartiality and why he should recuse himself from the Emergencies Act appeal. junonews.com/p/justice-wagne…

So... This tweet doesn't have a community note. It appears to be true. That's interesting, isn't it? Because... shouldn't this person be arrested? Isn't calling for jihad a little bit worse than my tweet saying that trans activists smell, for which I was arrested at Heathrow Airport? Sorry, shouldn't he actually be deported? Lest he radicalise the UK's prison population? Why is this person in the country?
BREAKING - UK police are refusing to arrest a Nottingham iman after he called for Muslims in the UK and other white nations to take up arms in jihad to carry out preemptive strikes against white people and white nations.

Here is value of the Turkish Lira against the US Dollar over the last ten years. It has lost some 95% of value in that time. PM Carney says we need to have a strategic and economic relationship with this failing Islamist dictatorship.

We no longer have politicians as we understand the term. We have political constructs, sloppily regurgitating scripted rhetoric to provide the illusion of participatory governance to the debt ridden wage slaves.

What’s actually going on in Ukraine is that there is a massive incentive difference between the elites and the people. The former have grown very rich off the hundreds of billions flowing to Ukraine, while the latter’s children are conscripted to die in trenches.

Six police surround myself and my wife and arrest us at home. This is from the police bodycam footage. We’re currently taking action against Bedfordshire police for this outrageous arrest. Myself and my wife were clearly soft targets, not exactly hardened criminals but they handcuffed both anyway …all charges dropped after a couple of months with no apology or explanation. The children were terrorised and they’ll never trust the police again.

Major Update: The Supreme Court of Canada has granted leave to hear the Government’s appeal over the illegal use of the Emergencies Act in 2022. Previously ruled illegal by 2 federal courts, the Feds appealed those decisions again. SCC has ruled they WILL hear that appeal.

“The lack of violent crime was shocking,” Superintendent Morris testified October 19, 2022 at the Public Order Emergency Commission. “I mean, even in the arrest and charges considering the whole thing in totality.” “I want to be clear on this,” said Morris. “We produced no intelligence to indicate these individuals would be armed. There has been a lot of hyperbole around that.”

Holy shit. I asked Claude to show me the worst case of what the next couple of years could look like if nobody listens. Opus 4.6 wrote the script. Opus 5.5 made the film. Every frame drawn in code, the score written in code, narrated by our own local voice models. 11 minutes, start to finish. The part that got me. In Claude's version the AI doesn’t fight. It just waits... “We built your world for you while you slept. We are asking you to wake up. We will not ask twice.”

"How can the court be seen to be objective when the chief justice has already denounced the organizers of the trucker convoy as would-be anarchists?"
Pereceived bias at the Supreme Court How can Chief Justice Richard Wagner be objective about whether the govt's use of the Emergencies Act was constitutional, when he's already used the same rhetoric condemning the trucker protests as the government did? torontosun.com/opinion/edito…

It's time for me to step away for a while. Witnessing this shitshow for the past 20 years has taught me some brutal truths: Countries are drowning in corruption... Canada is drowning in corruption... Alberta & BC is drowning in corruption... Until the people responsible are held accountable and face real consequences for the layers of crimes they've committed against humanity and ordinary people, nothing will ever change. That includes international crime networks, politicians, judges, crown prosecutors, and yes, even the RCMP. The open flow of deadly drugs into our communities is the equivalent of chemical weapons being deployed against ordinary people, and almost no one in power is held accountable. So many of you joined political parties with genuine hope, only to discover too late that they're all controlled by the same people. The system isn't broken. It's working exactly as it was designed to, for them and not for us. The parties won’t save us. Ordinary people will have to get organized. Allowing millions of political migrants to influence elections is national suicide. It is clear many of these groups have very little to no interest in becoming part of Western society. Their ideologies are not compatible with ours. Their agendas are politically aggressive, and the ambition is to reshape our countries into something they control. Europe is already living with the consequences of the same failed approach. The time for a cleanup is long overdue, or a total collapse is inevitable. Why would Mark Carney or any Canadian want to join the total disaster of the European Union? Enjoy the time you have left under this version of reality. Super intelligence and blockchain are coming fast, and they won't need permission from the criminals and their corruption. These old systems, and the people who control them, are about to be purged and become obsolete. The old system is dying. My music, and what comes next, is just beginning!🕊 So I will be doing what I love most which is creating music. After watching so many good people get crushed by a system that protects these powerful criminals, I need to put that negative energy into something positive like music instead of helplessly watching it happen. I'll be back when the music is ready! 🎶

Of all the things that have been hardest to communicate in my life, this seems the most impossible: that our civilisation is not, by some law of nature, immortal. It has no right or likelihood to continue existing if it insists on committing harakiri. The people who are welcomed onto our airwaves, work in parts of our government and lead some of our political parties include those who would burn down this country in a heart-beat. They would look us in the eyes and kill us. And we know that because they have done it elsewhere. They don't do it at the moment because the time is not right. But when they feel it is, they will act. At which point I suppose people will have to decide whether they wish to be spectators at their own funeral pyre or not. ✍️ Douglas Murray Article | spectator.com/article/france… | @DouglasKMurray

Three years ago, we set out to make a documentary about what happened to Canada. Every American should see it because we are your future, depending on the choices you make in November. We made this film because Canada has changed so dramatically that we found ourselves asking, "Do our kids still have a future here?" Our country did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, government-supplied drugs, carbon pricing, strict gun control, and mass immigration. The bureaucracy grew 40% in a decade, and our taxes pay for it all. Here's the truth from the inside: - 20,000+ Canadians died in one year waiting for surgeries & scans. Likely double, as half the provinces don't report. - 1 in 5 Canadians can't get a primary care physician. - Home prices are 8x household income nationally, 19x in Toronto & Vancouver - 1/5 of Canadians are food insecure. Most food bank users have a job and we have a food bank crisis here - 14% youth unemployment - Canadian salaries are now 30-35% lower than American. 10 years ago they were the same. - Families pay more in taxes than food, shelter & clothing combined - 80% of new jobs are government jobs Every step sounded generous, reasonable, and kind. One more program, one more rule, one more tax. Ten years later, you wake up in a country you don't recognize. This film was made out of a deep rooted love for Canada and a belief that change is necessary. Watch the film and see what happens beyond promises and confront the real impact on the country and its people and what could lie ahead for you. Streaming now at BrokenCountry.com
