I work on another Ghost web. I tested some idea how to approach towards client's issue.
I noticed Ghost changed Gulp for thing called "rollup".
I don't complain, just I met it first time. But it really work well, it compile all CSS really fast and refresh site after every change.
A few months later and my affiliate website make some first β¬. It looks promising.

I'm testing deployment of Django app via Vercel. Amazing Dev Experience, but one thing bugs me. 'cause of nature of this server-less thing, we can't use local DB so I'm using SupaBase as external DB. I can see quite huge lag in DB queries. I wonder why people like it.π€·ββοΈ #python
Ok, thank you guys for advice, so Vercel and Supabase needs to be deployed in close location. I missed that setup in Vercel, so I re-deployed my Vercel in EU region as Supabase and it is better.

If you will ever need to fit multi-line text into specific container there is JS lib. called TextFit.

Total life-saver, I usually try to avoid JS e.g. we can hijack SVG to generate really responsive text on the fly but It works only for single line.
What is most easy straightforward way to get some sending API service for transactional emails, like Mailgun, but without bothering domain setup, just really for developers for quick test mail sending functionality. Any ideas?

When you are working with clip-path to force some advanced shape on your <div>s. You can have problem to apply shadow on such element.
Solution is to wrap such element into helper <div> and apply filter:drop-shadow

Had a call with a client about GDPR and EU law... don't even get me started on how often these laws change here. Trying to explain to the client that we need to add a detailed cookie bar with an option to opt-out of certain cookies makes me feel like a sneak oil salesperson.

That's why I prefer working with clients outside of the EU. There are so many crazy regulations to navigate, from analytics to font loading from Google servers to those darn cookie bars.
