the roses lie with the Universities and not the players. That's not going to change and the system will be set for quite awhile. It is far from perfect but life is hard.

The faculty would leave too, if they were not fairly compensated. By the way you have to go without a cell phone for a year if you want to change cell phone providers. Those are the kind of rules the NCAA enforced for decades. Please wake up and smell the roses.

Pay the profit generating athletes >40% with unlimited mobility. Find a new funding source or shutter the 20 other sports. Schools pay faculty >50% of academic revenue - why not the profit generating athletes? SCOTUS broke the monopoly for a reason.

Remember you have to go without a cell phone & streaming TV for one year if you want to change providers. It is in your best interest. Said the NCAA and every university president for decades to athletes who wanted to change schools. SCOTUS broke the monopoly. Good for them.

The lone juror holdout in the Lindsay Clancy trial has been identified as Michael D. (We will not disclose his last name) a Catholic father from Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
In his first public comments, Michael said several fellow jurors aggressively pushed for a not guilty finding from the start of deliberations and described their approach as activist rather than deliberative. Michael has said he never accepted that Clancy lacked criminal responsibility and held that position through the hung jury.
Michael D. is a father of a young daughter and has described himself as conservative. God bless you Michael for standing up for those precious lost souls. 🙏❤️

Universities rely on athletes to generate the revenue - it does not fall from the sky. Should faculty be expected to work for peanuts and popcorn like the athletes? Pay the players and provide unlimited mobility. Find another funding source or shutter the 20 other sports.

4 private universities (Notre Dame, USC, Duke, & Miami) have football programs that earn > $50M per year, while dozens of state funded universities generate that revenue. It IS NOT the best way to do it. The Supreme Court ruled that it is illegal, not me.
