“If they really are refugees, why don’t they have to stay in the first safe country they reach?” “Why don’t they just claim asylum in France?” Here is my answer, once & for all. To Jonathan Gullis, and to everyone else who ever wondered. #RefugeesWelcome

I’ve been diabetic for 20 years, have never seen a “medical exemption certificate” never mind knew it needed renewing. But hey I guess I can pay this with all that sweet cheddar that’s trickling down right?

The final episode of @KillingEve @BBCAMERICA is out! I loved playing Maggie. Working with acting giants Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer was complete magic. Every member of the crew and cast was lovely; getting to be part of the final ever episode was an honour. Thank you! #KillingEve

Here’s hoping that there will at least be a slither of silver lining to the legacy of this Tory era: that the assumption that the wealthy, powerful, “well”-spoken and/or book smart are the best of us is firmly debunked for a generation.
