I was a combat soldier in an elite IDF unit. I served in the West Bank and witnessed firsthand how settlers could do whatever they wanted with impunity.
Today I’m the Executive Director of ״Breaking the Silence״ an organization that has collected thousands of testimonies from Israeli soldiers over the past two decades.
And I can say with certainty that this statement by IDF spokesperson is a lie. The IDF is not trying to stop Jewish terrorism in the occupied territories. In fact, it protects Jewish terrorists and arms them with US-made M16 rifles.
If the IDF genuinely wanted to stop Jewish terrorism, the Chief of Staff could simply order the 30,000 soldiers stationed in the West Bank to carry out arrests. It’s that simple.

Never has the concept of Liberal Zionism looked more absurd and contradictory. It almost makes you feel sorry for people who simply can't accept the evidence before their eyes that the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians was inevitable from the very beginning of Zionism. As Theodor Herzl wrote in his diary on June 2nd 1895: “We must expropriate gently the private property on the estates assigned to us. We shall try to spirit the penniless population across the border by procuring employment for it in the transit countries, while denying it employment in our own country. The property owners will come over to our side. Both the process of expropriation and the removal of the poor must be carried out discreetly and circumspectly.”

It’s quite simple..no rain means no water 💦 supply…how does this government intend to supply water to 1.5m extra homes and god knows how many AI data centres? Especially in the highly populated and already severely water stressed south east and east of England?

Israeli settler terrorists stabbed and struck baby goats to kill and torture them. They stormed a Palestinian sheep farm in Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah, on Saturday and slaughtered the animals one by one. The farm belongs to the Darbani family, in the Al-Manatir area east of the village, and the mayor of Kafr Malik says around 20 sheep and goats were killed, many of them young kids.
Local sources say the attackers belonged to the “Hilltop Youth,” the violent colonial movement behind years of assaults on Palestinian villages. For farming families, flocks like these are a whole year’s living. The killing is part of a campaign against Palestinian livestock across the occupied West Bank, in which colonists poison flocks, steal herds at gunpoint and slaughter animals in their pens, and none of them is ever held to account.
Colonists have already stolen 80 head of sheep from Kafr Malik in an earlier raid, and the night before this attack, gas canisters fired by Israeli occupation forces during a raid on the village set a family’s home on fire. Across the West Bank, the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission recorded 34 colonial attacks on Friday alone, wounding at least 19 Palestinians.
