It's crazy what you can do now with state of the art AI audio and video generation. If you combine the output with some clever editing it's hard to discern what's real anymore.
People shit on Spotify, but at least it works. I have no idea what the fuck they're doing over at Amazon. It's not hard to build a decent media player.
Instead of a bracket, the highest ranked schools should get to pick their opponent schoolyard style for the playoffs.
We essentially solved performance for websites before AI was a thing. There are very few websites that require the speed that you can extract from any popular web framework. At this point we all have access to cheap super computers.

The existence of extremely successful companies that scaled and were written (and continue to run!) in ruby seems to confuse people to no end.
I think the assumption that AI agents need wide access to a lot of different tools in order to be useful is wrong.
People didn't use JavaScript on the server because it was a better design choice, it is worse than other languages in most respects. People made this choice because their devs already knew JavaScript. It was always a business decision and that choice no longer makes sense.
If you've built a new tool, the LLMs pick it up surprisingly easily without any reference. I don't think this is true.
Having taste is still the barrier to produce anything great. I do think someone will eventually crack the full length "AI movie" but the process will look a lot different than what these people have cooked up.
