We just mapped out the P&L of the entire Solana trenches, and the math is pretty sobering. At TokenLab, we push terabytes of data through our indexer every day. Recently, we decided to step back and look at the actual cash flow of the market to see exactly where the capital is settling. When you look at the raw numbers, the ecosystem splits into two distinct groups. First, there’s the baseline volume: • The bottom 99% of token creators burn around 66,000 SOL in a single week. The median dev actually earns exactly zero. • On average, conveyor sniper bots are down 8% per trade. Then, there’s where the money actually ends up: • The top 1% of creators capture 92% of all the profit. • A narrow cluster of the most optimized bots hits a hard ceiling of about $2,670 a day, mostly due to throughput limits. • And the platform itself? Pumpfun pulls in roughly $11.5 million net per week. That’s $1.5 million a day, every single day, regardless of what the market is doing. I’m not gonna sit here and pretend we had this all figured out from day one. Just recently, we ran a backtest on a strategy that printed a beautiful +41% profit. We thought we had cracked it. Turns out, it was just a bug in our own simulator. Our phantom "edge" was exactly equal to our own slippage. We had to scrap it and cut our expectations down threefold in a single week. Building in this space is humbling, and mistakes are expensive when you’re trading with your own software. Running all this data through adversarial audits gave us 3 core filters that we stick to now: 1. Look at the entire group, not just the wallet. A highly profitable wallet on an explorer is often just washing volume with its own connected wallets to look successful. 2. The first 10 seconds of a chart is usually just production mechanics, not organic demand. 3. Always try to identify the exit liquidity in a setup. If you can't figure out who it is, it might be you. The data is all there on-chain, it just depends on how you look at it. Build smart.

If you have to stare at charts until your neurons literally melt to make a profit, your infrastructure is fundamentally broken. While retail traders manually fight for scraps, our printing press does not sleep. Not for a single day. This market proves over and over that the right infrastructure decides absolutely everything. One of our top creators gave us the green light to share his recent numbers. We custom-cut the NOVA software specifically for his operational tasks, and with our engine, he is completely shattering his own records right now. Here are the raw results from just one desk. Last 12 hours: 27 launches, 89% winrate, net +192.7 SOL. One-month distance: 1,161 launches, 74% winrate, net +2,587 SOL. His 30-day equity curve goes up like it was drawn with a ruler. The overall TokenLab numbers are even fatter. We rotate wallets constantly, so the on-chain detectives can relax. To save time for anyone about to ask for a link to the bot, we do not have a "sign up and launch" button. We do not sell boxed mass-market tools for a hundred bucks. TokenLab operates strictly as a closed engineering bureau. We take heavy hitters with real volume, build architecture tailored to their exact needs, break down algorithm mistakes together, and methodically crank their PNL into space. We do not charge a fixed fee for air. We sit strictly on a percentage of net profit. You earn, we earn. Next up, we are dropping some hard analytics on how the lifecycle of a token is actually structured right now. Lots of meat coming.

If you believe in fair launches, you are already exit liquidity. We push terabytes of data through a full Solana indexer, tracking around 40,000 shitcoin launches a day. The market looks like pure chaos to the outside, but inside it operates on a ruthless, strict manufacturing process. We spend a lot of time looking at the algo guys. These are the operations creating 100+ tokens a day around whatever narrative just popped off. To put it in perspective, we tracked one regular creator who cranked out 1,200 launches in a single week. This is industrial scale extraction. Time for some on-chain reality.

We mapped the PNL of the entire market to see exactly who pays whom. On the left, you have the meat. The bottom 99% of creators burn 66,000 SOL in a week, and conveyor snipers are down 8% per trade. On the right, you have the house. The top 1% of creators take 92% of all profit, and the final boss platform rakes in $1.5M a day regardless of who wins. Think we figured this out instantly? No we didn’t. We once ran a backtest showing a massive +41% profit. Turns out it was a bug in our own simulator. Our phantom edge was exactly equal to our own slippage. We trade this with our own software, and in this game, mistakes are expensive.

While preparing this analytics, we ran 32 models through an adversarial audit. We had to immediately scrap two and fix six others. Now think about how many models actually survive the audit of those info-gypsies selling you signals on the timeline. If you want to survive this casino, use these three hard filters. 1. Look at the whole group, not the individual wallet. A successful wallet is often just a storefront. 2. The first 10 seconds are production, not demand. Never fall for immediate signals. 3. If you look at a trade and you do not see the exit liquidity, congratulations, the exit liquidity is you. Build smart.

"fair launch" on Solana is mostly a joke. we index ~40k launches a day at TokenLab and the same thing keeps happening: slot 0: dev bundles 4 SOL, price doubles instantly 3 sec in: snipers show up, dev dumps everything 7 sec in: dev's gone with +7 SOL 10 mins later retail finds a chart that looks alive and starts buying. about 95% of the real money enters after the dev already left. you're not early, you're buying a ghost town.

All in all, it was a crazy good and packed week for the TokenLab crew. The infra won't build itself, but sometimes you just gotta surface for air. (5/5) #buildinpublic #solana #tokenlab #Web3 #Crypto #SaintPetersburg

The rave was a joke. Zoomers, we’re boomers, and we don't get how you vibe to such hardcore techno. 2.5 people on the floor proved it. But Aster on the 27th delivered! Cozy vibe, felt like another continent. Met guys from Italy, definitely visiting them soon. 🍋 (4/5)

Over the last few days, Nik and I hit up a couple of events. I'll keep it real: the only thing that carried the vibe was the venue itself. Out of the 2k people they hyped up, there were maybe 700 tops. At any given moment, no more than 300 people chilling. (3/5)

...the rest of Europe and everywhere else can just smoke on the sidelines. It's unique, an absolute gem. As a guy who loves clocking 20k steps a day and has traveled practically the whole globe, I stand by that 100%. (2/5)

Fuck it, time to drop a post about the day-to-day... The other day Nik (our top lead dev) came down to visit gorgeous St. Pete. And yeah, I genuinely think St. Pete in the summer is the top city on the planet, especially for its architecture... 👇 (1/5)

Right now we've packed the execution logic and heavy nodes into a closed binary (B2B solution), and exposed a clean REST API outward. 🟢 Test the ready AI combine for PumpFun: memesnipe.fun 🟢 Try the stress-test EVM launchpad: fomohood.fun 💸 For devs:

Execution goes through bundles with auto-fallback to direct channels. All the wild math, bonding curve calculations, and online parsing are integrated right into the web terminal. The algorithm analyzes the news feed in real time and offers you a token concept right in interface.

You launch the coin and take your cut without frontrunning. Dedicated nodes are rented and we wrote our own HFT engine from scratch in Go. ⚙️ What's under the hood of the battle version: State is read directly through Yellowstone gRPC - we see deploys before they hit the public.

You just pick the mode: dev-only (clean launch + your buyback of supply) or snipe engine (launch + sniper wallets attached). The engine packs contract creation and your dev-buy into one atomic transaction. No sandwich attacks from snipers. #solana #robinhood

We decided to pop the hood and show the core we're building this all on. The whole math is baked into a super-fast web terminal. The algorithm analyzes the info space in real time and offers you to create a token based on fresh news right in the interface. #solana #robinhood
