During his time as the Executive Director of the Detroit and Wayne County health departments, Abdul El-Sayed was NOT PERMITTED to make medical decisions because he DOES NOT hold a license to practice medicine in Michigan.
Instead, Abdul had two babysitter doctors, both women, who oversaw EVERYTHING and made actual health decisions for him.
Except it's funny, both of the women were PAYED LESS than Abdul.
