My heart goes out to this couple. My hope is they start the process to have their money returned in full. I had a similar experience happen. An initial review, cost $400. In the end no info couldbe found. Yet, I found info that should have been in the foipp in other foipps.

If there are supposedly no documents, then would it be considered negligent that the government failed to track, tests & document a concerning site? Or... are they withholding information knowing this couple were taking them to court?
