In 2023 i once needed 1M to complete the money I had to buy a clean Corolla that was going for 3M naira for Uber.
I met this rich friend of mine who I know I have helped secure lots of business deals in the past.
He first of all gave me hopes by telling me to come to his house the next day.
I went to his house only for this man to start advising me on 1000 reasons why I should not buy that Corolla for uber!
He ended not helping out with a dime. And I also ended up not buying the car, I had to collect the advance payment I had already made from the seller.
3 weeks after the same man who gave me so many reasons not to buy the car, called me so I can help explain to him how BTC works, because it was pumping then.
I explained a little to him on call out of respect, and he said i should come to his shop to guide him through.
I told him my teaching fees was 500k he went silent for a while and ended the call.
Till today we haven’t spoken.

There is this neighbor of mine who happens to be a single woman with no child and she seems to be having an affair with a married man in the second street. At first the man would come and sit in her shop which is very close to the house but this morning while I was rushing to go to work I saw the man leaving her apartment and I later confirmed the man has been sleeping in her apartment for the past 3 days. Tonight again I heard the man talking loudly in her apartment like 10 minutes ago and now I’m wondering is it that some men don’t have sense or what? Even if you want to cheat on your wife must it be another woman in like 2 streets away or does he think his secrets are safe ?

My cleaner couldn't come to work today, so I called to check on her.
She told me there was an emergency at home. Her sister's boyfriend had poured acid on her.
Apparently, the guy sponsored her through nursing school, and they had already done their introduction.
But recently, she brought another man home and said he was the one she wanted to marry. He works offshore and her mother is supporting the relationship because he's doing well financially.
