Mia the Elephant

A few weeks ago, my 9-year-old daughter, Riley, told me she wanted to write a children’s book inspired by Louis Tomlinson. She wants it to be a story that encourages kids to dream big, be kind, stay resilient, and never give up—because that’s what she feels she’s learned from watching Louis over the years. We were lucky enough to see him perform in Boston the other night, and it only made her more excited about her idea. Ever since, she’s been filling notebooks with story ideas, asking how books get published, and talking about characters and illustrations. Right now, her goal is to finish the book and self-publish it so she can hold her very first book in her hands. And who knows? Maybe one day she’ll be able to get it traditionally published. No matter what happens, I’m so proud that she’s chasing such a big dream at just 9 years old. If this somehow reaches Louis or his team, I just wanted them to know that his music and his journey inspired a little girl to start writing. I think that’s a pretty incredible impact for an artist to have. ❤️📚 @Louis_Tomlinson
