Resisting an officer. Most charges dropped, non-filed, dismissed… or probation. Right before this, he was in a diversion program for drug possession and disturbing a school function. Now two young men are dead and he’s facing two counts of second-degree murder. Maybe if the system had held him accountable the first dozen times, things would’ve turned out different.
