Seems like a good time for our Sovereign Lord, King Charles III, to dissolve parliament. Just saying.

The thing I don’t get about these example plates is how they use the same image for 3 of the 4 types of vision.

So is the new Journal app there to make it easier for the CIA to keep tabs on e’ery one?

google the definition for 'sandpit', you get 'intensive discussion forums where free thinking is encouraged' and 'shallow hole or box in the ground with sand in it where small children can play'. How do you get intensive discussions in shallow holes?

A great statement from this woman about Orthodox Christian Material Culture. The canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church is being subjected to religious persecution by their own government. ☦️

So Damascus got bombed again, with civilian casualties, on top of the sanctions & the earthquakes & the sanctions impeding releaf aid. When is 'enough'? Is there going to be any public outcry this time, or is some suffering not worthy of attention from the global 'community'?

A bit of a different medium than I’m used to, but for those who like podcasts… give a quick listen to some of the recent work done as part of my Material Ecologies & Sociopolitics of Religion research. @UKRI_News …a lovely collaboration with two amazing scholars.
The risk of COVID-19 spread during the #pandemic had implications for many acts of #religious devotion. #Researchers @ucl explored how Orthodox Christian communities responded to public health advice. Listen here: scipod.global/dr-timothy-car… Original article: doi.org/10.1080/13648470.202…
