Pending home sales in the US just hit an all-time low…
Lower than the 2008 financial crisis. Lower than COVID.
Absolutely insane.

🚨 President Trump just WENT OFF on Democrat Roy Cooper for RELEASING Iryna Zarutska's kiIIer from jail, and now he's running for Senate??!
"The ONLY REASON that the brutal monster was roaming free to kiII Irene and probably other people is because Roy Cooper released him from jail!"
"It's a BETRAYAL that can NEVER, EVER be forgotten. And to this day nobody knows why. And he doesn't talk about it."
Roy Cooper has BL00D ON HIS HANDS! He CANNOT be promoted, North Carolina!

Xavier Becerra spent $30 million of taxpayer money to distribute drug needles to the homeless.
Don’t let the architect of “harm reduction” do even MORE harm to our cities. WAKE UP CALIFORNIA!

Homeowners, how long do you think your home's value holds up against rising mortgage rates? Buyers can't pay more. They can't get approved. The only way homes sell is at lower prices... and the minute that happens, everybody's equity is gone.

California requires applicants to declare that they are U.S. citizens. It accepts that declaration as evidence without requiring separate citizenship documents. That is the legal framework behind the Los Angeles County filing.
@SenAlexPadilla sponsored California’s 2015 New Motor Voter law, AB 1461. @AGRobBonta and @DrWeber4CA (Shirley Weber) voted for the final bill on September 11, 2015.
An earlier version would have used DMV records showing that applicants had submitted documents establishing U.S. citizenship.
The Legislature changed that proposed approach to rely on applicants’ declarations that they met voter eligibility requirements. The bill’s own analysis documents the change.
Xavier Becerra was involved in the separate federal Motor Voter legislation: he cosponsored the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and voted for its initial House passage.
California requires applicants to declare that they are U.S. citizens. It accepts that declaration as evidence without requiring separate citizenship documents. That is the legal framework behind the Los Angeles County filing.
Accepting a citizenship declaration and independently verifying citizenship are different procedures.
The public deserves to understand that distinction—and the legislative decisions behind it.
THE BISH REPORT
TRUTH. FACTS. ACCOUNTABILITY.
Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.

Nithya Raman admits Democrats are spending $100,000 per year per hotel room to house the homeless in Los Angeles
I looked it up, it would cost about half that price to house the homeless at The Marriott or Hilton for a year
The money is being stolen. There is no other explanation. In any serious country if a politician admitted to spending $100,000 per hotel room there would be immediate investigations and consequences

🚨 SOMETHING VERY DANGEROUS IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!
Trump just urgently ordered $200,000,000,000.00 in mortgage bond purchases.
He's forcing mortgage rates lower at an aggressive pace.
But this is NOT about solving the housing crisis.
It's about keeping the bubble alive so it won't crash other markets.
Bonds.
Stocks.
Metals.
Crypto.
It's all connected today.
America's housing crisis was never just about “rates.”
It's about prices.
Real home prices are already sitting at record highs.
Affordability has already been crushed.
Housing supply remains severely constrained.
Now look at what happens when mortgage rates are pushed lower.
Monthly payments drop.
Buyers rush back into the market.
Bidding wars explode again.
Home prices climb even higher.
THIS IS EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
Because it traps the entire housing market in a vicious policy cycle.
They cannot let prices collapse without inflicting serious damage on banks and households.
So they inject liquidity to keep the system standing.
And that is EXACTLY how financial bubbles grow before they eventually burst.
The 2006-2008 housing bubble didn't collapse in a single day.
It was propped up until the entire structure finally broke.
And when housing turns, the damage spreads across EVERYTHING.
Bonds react first.
Stocks get hit next.
Crypto faces the most aggressive dump.
This is NOT “stability”.
This is the financial system accumulating even BIGGER risk.
I've spent over a decade studying markets and identifying major tops and bottoms.
Follow and turn on notifications.
I will post the warning BEFORE it becomes headline news.
