It’s so disheartening Accra Accra!!! We still have 2019,2020 paper based and EE files still yet to be finalized,our lives are on hold,it’s affecting our mental health,our kids keep asking questions,our hands are tied,We need our files to be finalized soonest…

Especially the VOs at Accra VO @CanHCGhana. They've taken their clients for granted. They respond to every single message with uncertainty and the compassion of an ice block. Files with all parameters passed wasting away in their office, yet No PPR. @SeanFraserMP address this!

@SeanFraserMP @CitImmCanada the IRCC Visa offices around the world are working to finalise PR files and issue their PPRs. We've not even gotten a re-medicals request from Accra Visa Office @CanHCGhana. This is discriminationary! We don't know why. We need our FINDECs to move on.

How will you account for serving your PR clients in 2021? Many files had meds expiry despite not receiving any assessments in AVO. Can you consider that it's not our fault this happened? Have some integrity & assess our files on priority! 2021 is almost gone! #ReleasePPRAccra
