Weird revelation
There is someone that will see this post today. You and your gang of friends are planing to kidnap or rob someone who has been good to you - your brother or boss. You seem to be hesitant but your friends want it done.
Don’t do it, if you do, it would be your last. You will lose your life in the process.
Go to the nearest church to you and get born again. Time is running out on you - tick tock.

Many times, in the Jewish scriptures; the “cessation” and paucity of the manifestation of the Spirit and His Power was seen as a sign/proof that God’s people are backslidden.
Think about and what it means for your theological position on the charismata.

Just as in the beginning..
Where we see darkness, formlessness, and emptiness, we make bold to say…the Spirit of God is yet moving, and darkness can never win. Light will overrun the darkness. It is fated to always overcome!
We don’t embrace hopelessness because all we see

When my heart is heavy because of the evil things happening around, I just carry that heavy heart to God in fellowship. I talk. I lament. I express my frustration. I hiss and hiss. Then I pray.
And by the time I am done, that heavy heart becomes light, and hope is kindled

There’s a difference between chasing clout and raising disciples.
May God give all pastors the wisdom to discern this difference and commit to the latter.
Amen.

Is this really the heresy in question: the emphasis on the word “appearing” instead of “coming”?
At least from what I’ve observed as a neutral, the debate seems much closer to a discussion of semantics than a denial of any core Christian doctrine. Unless I’m missing something deeper, the disagreement appears to center on terminology and metaphysics, not on whether Christ will physically manifest.
I’ve also noticed several people misrepresenting what the brother actually said yesterday:
“They don’t believe Jesus ascended physically.”
“They don’t believe Jesus will come back/appear physically.”
But those statements are not what is being argued.
The real point of contention seems to be whether Christ’s future appearance should necessarily be described as a “coming back” or “returning.” And that question is tied to ideas about distance, dimension, and location: Is Christ presently in a spiritual realm “far away” in the sense that He must return from somewhere else, or is His manifestation better described as an appearing rather than a movement through space?
In my humble and limited understanding, I don’t think the distinction is necessary. I personally see no issue with referring to the appearance of Christ as the Second Coming.
What troubles me more is that the reaction to this debate seems deeper than the actual point being argued. There appears to be a strong hostility toward the minister in question: accusations of heresy, a lack of charity, and very little brotherly love. It makes me wonder whether there are other underlying issues influencing the response beyond this particular doctrinal disagreement.

Hold someone's hands and let's say together,
Dear Father, in the name of your Son Jujitsu

2019 April. I was invited to Charis Camp Meeting by their brethren in Funaab, throughout the program, they didn't pray in Jesus name. I was shocked. I never went back to them.
