What will Be lethal is opposing teams having little game tape on him and we unleash the kraken
I can’t wait until De'Zhaun Stribling gets back on the field. Stribling and Evans on the field together is going to be lethal 😮‍💨

Realized that this morning. It’s a great litmus test.
You can tell a lot about a person by just asking if he think this is cool or stupid

Frankly, for those who are still poo pooing last night’s @Tesla Roadster demo you’re really just October Scrooges with your BAH HUMBUGS. Try and remember what it’s like to have fun.

It’s really refreshing/assuring to see a fan like Dan who’s been here literally since the true early days, not lose his mind like @MKBHD has and remain a tech and car geek who can appreciate the delightful absurdity that is the new roadster.
Tesla Roadster is a flying car that isn’t a drone.

I’m not gonna lie I tend to like the old one a tad better but both are awesome
Do we prefer the look of the new Tesla Roadster or the older design?

Pieces and elements of the tech used to get to the debuted product. Is my rational guess.
What’s under these covers? Especially the last one…

Rivian has promised customers point to point self-driving this year, comparable to FSD, unsupervised eyes off driving next year, and Robotaxis in 2028. With just a few months left in the year, it’s time for them to deliver. The company has announced that it will be opening its Autonomy Early Access Program in December, but only for owners in California and Florida. Presumably those are the only places the software works and is mapped out. To join the early access program, you’ll need to pay for an Autonomy+ subscription. Rivian chooses testers based on how often they use the existing Autonomy+ features, whether they have a clean recent safety record (measured by things like forward collision warnings) and will balance the group by vehicle model and region. Once accepted you must use the point to point driving features weekly, or you’ll lose access. You’ll also have to fill out a monthly survey, and share GPS and camera data with Rivian. Rivian will recheck eligibility every 30 days and can remove people who don’t do their homework. There will be an NDA, presumably preventing people from sharing videos or speaking about this experience. (That’s how you know it’s really good) Rivian will host an autonomy and AI day on December 9th where they’ll share more info. @Rivian I’d love to come and learn more if you’ll have me

1000% when the clues are right there in front of you…
The fact that the mounting hardware is still there suggests this was a supplier issue. Not a QC issue. My guess: their supplier isn't sending enough fans for them to build R2 as fast as they want, and they didn't want seat venting to be the holdup on production.
