A customer came up to me today and ACTUALLY asked me "did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" Bless him.
"I'd offer you tea but they're all sweet and fruity" "sweet and fruity doesn't count as tea"

Lying in bed listening to what sounds like a group of Banshees (a wail?) but is probably a hen party, screaming outside at 3am... I'm going to my first hen do this year... I hope I'm not expected to act like that!
