A Texas state agency reported my public criticism to the state police. Police were sent to my home. Here are the records.
On June 18, the Sunset Advisory Commission published its review of the Texas Workforce Commission. Issue 4 is titled "TWC's Poorly Executed IT Modernization Efforts Compromise the Effective Delivery of Workforce and Child Care Services to Texans."
The next day I posted a thread quoting it. It included this: "The Legislature should demand accountability from TWC's IT leadership... Public hearing Aug 12. See you there."
On June 26, TWC asked the public to help honor "those championing employment for people with disabilities." I replied: "How ironic. The full story will be out soon about how the TWC treats it's own staff with disabilities."
That's it. That's the post.
On July 7, an employee in TWC's Risk & Security Management unit reported my account to DPS. She "believed the posts on X were becoming more aggressive." She also "believed" the account was mine. A guess.
DPS opened a case classified "Threat To Life." Its report calls this "a threat of self-harm against the Texas Workforce Commission," then quotes my post as the threat.
On July 10, a DPS agent called my local police non-emergency line and asked for a welfare check at my home. On the recording, he says my statements were on TWC's X page. They weren't. He says a prior welfare check "agitated" me and that I "may just get agitated with another welfare check." He says "his former employer told us."
That prior check, in July 2025, was requested by TWC itself, and I believe it was retaliation for speaking out about failures at the TWC. I never spoke to an officer that day. So, how was I "agitated" or "amped up" as described? Everyone knows how those terms are used to put someone in danger during a so called "wellness check."
Dispatch logged the call as a Priority 1 suicide threat, with the note "MAY GET AGITATED WITH OFCS."
Three units were sent to my home. Fifteen minutes after the call came in, the responding officer wrote: "The post today wasnt an active threat."
DPS created its case record the next morning. Its records still list the case as open, with no deadline. No DPS investigator has ever contacted me.
Then DPS's lawyers wrote to the Attorney General to keep the records from me: "The investigative report forms the basis of the pending prosecution." I have not been charged with anything.
All of this happened while I had a pending federal civil rights charge against TWC, and while TWC was under Sunset review.
I had written "See you there" about the Aug 12 hearing. After police came to my door, we didn't go. My wife and I were terrified.
Meanwhile, TWC's CIO and a deputy CIO, who oversaw the IT failures Sunset documented, have left on retirement and voluntary-separation codes. Neither was dismissed for cause.
Accountability for the IT failures: none. For the critic who quoted the report: police at his door.
Read the records. Then ask why a state agency under legislative review sent the police to the home of a man who criticized it.

@GinaHinojosaTX I don't think Abbott cares, though he should. You want the full story? Using law enforcement to chill non violent and non threatening free speech is about as bad as it gets. The full story is damning and well worth a political ad. Yes, it's that bad.
@GovAbbottPress @GregAbbott_TX @GovHotWheels_TX Are you ok with staff at state agencies using law enforcement to chill free speech, intimidate, and interfere with civil rights complaints?

This is why you don't offshore critical information and use visa holders with sensitive access. Since many if not most corporations and even state and federal agencies are using these same IT sources, expect that your financial/health/more data exists outside the country. @DonHuffines @FBI @WHFraudTF @JusticeOIG @TPPF
If you bank with @USAA, don't be surprised if your accounts are empty or inaccessible right now. Apparently they're experiencing some kind of catastrophic IT meltdown. Never seen anything like this in the 35 years I've been a member

Have you started investigating infiltration into Texas state agencies via staff augmentation and project contracts?
I could really use the help getting the word out. My family's safety has been threatened by out of control staff at a state agency.

Anyone that can see this, please get the word out on the issue in my pinned post below. Repost if you can. Send to media and influencers on X if willing. My family is terrified that we will be targeted again. We live in fear every day. xitter.cf/TimeEnoughLV/status/21…

July 10: police were sent to my home on a Priority 1 suicide call, at a DPS agent's request.
Yesterday DPS released its record. A @TXWorkforce risk management employee reported my posts, and DPS opened a "Threat To Life" case.

It was my reply to TWC's own June 26 post about disability employment awards:
"How ironic. The full story will be out soon about how the TWC treats it's own staff with disabilities."

The middle class is being destroyed by visa fraud and the corrupt enablers.
How H-1B destroyed the American middle class:

Decades of unchecked fraud, kickbacks, nepotism, and bribery turned H-1B program into a mafia like syndicate.
Now, Indians hire only Indians.
Meet Pooja and Nihith. Both came out of a visa mill college and immediately took two jobs that any American could learn in a couple of months. She’s a cloud engineer. He’s an identity access manager ,which has nothing to do with his master’s in industrial engineering.
Neither of these roles requires a degree. These are not specialized skills that justify an H1B. This is just straight up job theft dressed up as “high skilled immigration.”
How much longer are we supposed to put up with this scam? @Sonderling47 @DOLOIG @StephenM @USLaborIG @RapidResponse47 @DHSgov

Is September, Texas DPS confirmed a technical issue caused an unknown number of voter registrations to not be processed.
On Thursday, they learned of another issue with voter registrations being processed, but this time they pointed the finger at Civix.
Civix, a company you’ve probably never heard of, received a $36M contract for the Texas Election Administration Management (TEAM) system, happens to be a steady employer of H-1Bs. What I want to know is how many of these foreigners are working on critical Texas election infrastructure?
Assuming Civix points fingers at DPS, lets look at that side of the data handoff…
LCA files show Wise Equation Solutions, LLC, claim H-1Bs are placed directly at Texas DPS, on a remote work arrangement, in Quality Assurance roles.
Oh the irony…
So much for Tax Payer funded opportunities going to Texans.
@GregAbbott_TX - Just like I posted in September, this is going to keep getting worse until you address this.
Texas county officials said they learned Thursday about another state error that has backlogged thousands of voter registration records.
The total number of backlogged records wasn’t immediately available, but the secretary of state’s office told election officials that not all counties were impacted. bit.ly/4hQS7v6

American workers weren't just replaced by cheaper foreign labor. They were cheated out of jobs by people using FAKE RESUMES and PROXY INTERVIEWS to get hired for positions they weren't qualified to fill.
How many American jobs were stolen through schemes like this?
And how many proxy interviews did Pratik Sharma conduct during his FOUR YEARS at Ernst & Young? How many has he done since?

I noticed it at a Texas state agency. Posted internal roles had many qualified citizens apply for them and never receive an interview. The agency would then shift the role to a visa reliant vendor. I asked questions. Got terminated and swatted twice. Sounds off the wall. But I have the records to prove it.
