"Why are you doing nothing while a US puppet that has just given $700bn of our critical minerals to the US steals another election?" he says, tagging US government extensions NED (NDI) and YIAGA😆
It's still 4.30am for you people but I swear your day will break eventually ⛓️💥
Good morning in advance!
Am I overthinking this? Because I am genuinely struggling to understand what is happening in Nigeria.
@inecnigeria has disregarded the Electoral Act by failing to publish the voters’ register online for public scrutiny, even after the statutory 90-day deadline has passed.
Even under Mahmood Yakubu, the register was published online, with a mechanism for complaints and objections.
Today, NOTHING!
And somehow, the country has moved on like nothing happened.
WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE?
Apart from @ARISEtv and @fijnigeria, where is the Nigerian media?
Where are @YIAGA, @EUinNigeria @EU_SDGN , @NDI and the other civil society organisations?
@NigeriaNDCHQ .@ADCNig ARE YOU PEOPLE SLEEPING? Are you actually preparing for this election?
This is the voters’ register we are talking about. THE VERY FOUNDATION OF AN ELECTION!
INEC has effectively said, “To hell with public scrutiny. Do your worst.”
And our collective response is SILENCE.
I am genuinely pained.
We complain about electoral malpractice and compromised institutions, yet when it is time to demand accountability BEFORE an election, everybody suddenly goes quiet.
Must we wait until votes are cast and results are disputed before we start shouting?
Seriously, am I the only one who finds this silence deeply disturbing?

Before “Afrobeats” was colonized by the usual suspects, a student association can raise money through association levy and invite an A-List artist for performance.
In University, I remember my faculty pulling the likes of 2face Idibia, Edris Abdulkareem, and P-Square, Nigeria’s biggest artists at the time for faculty nights.
Nowadays, you dare not, unless with the backing of a strong brand sponsorship.
That is what happens when your industry is hijacked by the global capital structure. Gentrification is inevitable.
You might say, “well but the artists are now worth more and it’s a good thing.” Actually it’s not. It bad thing for the industry, because majority of the artists are squeezed out so that a few of them can make those big bucks. An industry where less than 1% of the players are flourishing is not a thriving industry.
Na me talk am.
I need help, please if you know my place can you check on me?
I’m so hungry and I stay alone, I can barely function

I’m officially starting the #SanerClimeWatch, to counter the white worshippers’ narrative that something is inherently wrong with the African society/culture.
These our white worshipping brothers must receive sense by force.
Watch for a daily dose of it.

Africa’s underdevelopment has been engineered
"until the lion learns to write, every story will glorify the hunter"
The story of Africa and Nigeria in this context has too often been reduced to poverty, tribal conflict, colonialism and the arrival of Europeans; as though civilization itself began when European ships reached our shores.
This video isn't about romanticizing the past neither does knowing your history become bragging about the past.
It's about asking a much more uncomfortable question:
Who benefits when a people forget what they were capable of before they were conquered?
You cannot fully understand your present or imagine a different future if you have been taught to see your own history through someone else's eyes. No nation can grow beyond the imagination of its people.
It's time to break the psychological chains that tells Africans that everything valuable must come from somewhere else.

They had the choice to protest peacefully and demand foreign governments stay away from their countries’ politics. Instead they beg for extra tolerance just to live as second-class residents in someone else’s country. This is pathetic.
More than 400 migrant care workers have staged a musical protest outside the UK Labour Party Conference, singing Nigerian singer Aṣa’s hit song ‘Jailer’ to oppose visa rules they say expose them to exploitation.
The protesters are demanding the freedom to change employers without jeopardising their immigration status and the retention of the five year route to permanent residency, using the song to amplify their calls for freedom, fair treatment and dignity.

Dachomo went to Jerusalem.
Prayed for Trump; no problem.
Prayers for Netanyahu, no problem.
Prayed for Tinubu; na there problem start.
Nigerian “Judeo-Christian” fanatics could not take it. Some of them are now disowning him.
If only they knew that Tinubu, Trump, Netanyahu, and Dachomo all work for the same structure.
Ignorance is really a disease.
Smh…….

Keeping everyone (including Africans) completely ignorant about Africa and the central role it plays in the economic and natural world is a core feature of Europeanised education, not a bug.
You're not supposed to know that the DRC is the most resource-rich country in the world, with an estimated $24 trillion sitting under its soil. You're not supposed to know that the rise of "western civilisation" from the 15th century on was entirely made possible by European contact with Africa, and that the resources and labour extracted from coastal West Africa from 1492 onwards are the entire reason why both American continents exist in their current form.
You're not supposed to know that both WW1 and WW2 were essentially wars fought over the right to African colonial domination and expansion, and that even the uranium that was used in "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki came from Shinkolobwe uranium mine in eastern DRC. You're not supposed to know that the reason the country of France exists in its current form is because tens of thousands of conscripted West African soldiers fought and won against the Nazis in Europe, and the French thereafter shipped them back to West Africa and massacred them at Camp Thiaroye in Senegal to avoid paying them their due wages.
You're not supposed to know that there was nothing cold about the so-called Cold War, because the vast majority of the hot theaters it was physically fought in were on the continent of Africa. (Zimbabwe, DRC, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Angola, Eritrea, Zambia etc). You're not supposed to know that the ongoing Ukraine war and the war in the Sahel are in fact the same conflict being fought by the same 2 sides, and that the reason France is desperately pushing funding and arms to Ukraine even as it falls into internal crisis is that Ukraine is acting as its proxy army in West Africa, as it tries to regain its lost colonial territories there, especially Niger where the cheap yellowcake uranium for its famously cheap nuclear energy used to come from before the 2023 revolution.
You're definitely not supposed to know that the entire global economy and system of trade as you know it is built on ruthless extraction from Africa and ensuring that Africa does not control anything it exports. You're not supposed to know that "Italian leather" doesn't come from Italy - it comes from Kano, Nigeria. You're not supposed to know that "Swiss chocolate" does not exist because cocoa does not grow anywhere in Switzerland or Europe - it comes from Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire and Nigeria. You're not supposed to know that Israel and the UAE control the global diamond and gold markets even though Israel has no diamond mine and the UAE has zero gold mines, because both resources are literally being stolen from the DRC and Sudan on an industrial basis.
You're basically not supposed to understand that the entire geopolitical world as you know it, rests entirely on extraction from Africa, poverty of Africans, and your own ignorance about where everything you use comes from.
Completely deliberate 500+ year-old feature, not accidental bug.

JUST IN: 🇬🇭🇨🇳 Ghana launches cedi-to-yuan payment system for imports from China, reducing reliance the US dollar.
• Stanbic Bank Ghana is piloting the cedi-to-yuan payment system, with Ghana Commercial Bank developing a similar service.
• Payments are processed through China's Cross-Border Interbank Payment System (CIPS), enabling direct yuan payments from cedi accounts.
• This system reduces the need for US correspondent banks, cutting costs and processing times for China-related transactions.

Omo, this country eh. Woman bill you, problem. You bill woman, problem.
Me, I just want Oyibo to free our resources, let these resources actually serve Nigerian people, so that economic empowerment is not left in the institution of marriage, relationship or hook up. It is not sustainable.
Let love breathe again in Nigeria. Not this suffocation. Let Nigerians actually have other conversations apart from man-woman. 🙏

Custodians of democracy™️ are dangling $5,000 per adult if their party wins in November. Same people will condemn vote buying in Nigeria tomorrow.
Safe to say Nigerian politicians learnt from the best.
If Republicans win the House of Representatives and the Senate in the 2026 Midterm Elections, I’m going to give all adult citizens in the United States of America, $5,000! Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to signing those checks!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This $5,000 “Trump Dividend” promise was first made in Sept. 2026. Similar prior DOGE and tariff check pledges have not been paid out. It would cost ~$1.2 trillion and require congressional approval.

I have a personal relationship with at least one of them who was part of a group receiving paramilitary training from CIA trainers at a facility in a neighbouring West African country in 1996. They were being trained to launch a full scale national insurgency in Nigeria before the end of 1998, but their sponsor got to Abacha first.
Afterwards, he got a green card for services rendered, and has since left the "fighting for democracy" scene.
If they didn't assassinate Abacha when they did, they would have made sure that all these idiots would have grown up facing "Nyanya bomb blast" every week from the 90s. And surprise surprise, as soon as their handpicked puppet left office and a nationalist came into power, "UN building explosion" actually became a thing in Nigeria.
Kayode Fayemi and Wole Soyinka had direct CIA handlers. They should come out and deny it if what I'm saying is not true, so that all these long overdue conversations that have been suspended for 30 years will finally be had. The budget funding Radio Kudirat came from the same budget that funded Radio Free Asia and Radio Free Europe - USAGM/VOA.
The wrong side won in 1998 and we are all fools who have spent 28 years celebrating the death of the man who was keeping us from becoming exactly the externally controlled tub of useless nothing that we are today. The bad guys won and they are literally in power now! The fact that people are STILL fighting with their ego instead of admitting to themselves what is so obvious 3 decades later is proof that one way or another, Nigeria is destined for a mass extinction event, either at the hands of its current American owners or at the hands of whoever will fix the damn place.
There are far too many human placeholders eating our food and breathing our air in that country!
