Big things coming for Gary his senior year!! Come indoor season, everyone will know!
The 2025 track season has officially come to a close, and what an amazing ride it's been! I've made so many new friends and had a blast competing. Our coaching staff was top-notch, pushing us to be our best. I'm especially proud of our 4x100 meter state champion title.@Tim_Dial
Proud of this team and everything we accomplished this year! I’m excited about where this program is headed and what we continue to build year after year. We create real opportunities for individual and team success. Every season, more of our athletes are getting the chance to continue their track careers in college.
I’m proud of our coaching staff and the way they lead these kids. There’s not a better group out there. We do things the right way. We lead in a way that brings success not just on the track, but in life. We walk with our kids through the highs and the lows. I’ve never been around a team that feels more like a family.
The best part is getting to watch lives change and see these kids grow in every area of life. 🙏
Time to get it!
📸 One last photo before hitting the road! Union Track & Field lined up, locked in & State-bound. 30+ athletes representing Union at the OSSAA State Meet. We’re proud of this group - go get it, Redhawks!

These moments speak for themselves. 📷
A few of my favorite frames from the start/finish line at Regionals & behind the scenes. To all our Redhawk athletes, you inspire us.

So blessed to be able to run with an amazing team & more blessed to do what I do because of the man above.

We have 27 seniors who competed in at least one meet this season. 15 of those athletes have received opportunities to continue their careers at the collegiate level next year! Essentially all athletes that had aspirations to continue their athletic careers will get that opportunity if that’s what they choose.
We don’t just coach—we develop athletes, advocate for their futures, and help them find the right collegiate homes. Track athletes, multi sport athletes… we work with all of them!

Speed kills! Blessed to be peaking at the right time! #1 time in the state! Need to clean up some things. But we have a shot to beat our previous state record we set last year and be 3x State Champs overall! #SprintU #Back2BackStateChamp #2xStateRecordHolder #1xKURelayRecordHolder
