The purpose of life of an Indian is to escape India, it can either be done by leaving India physically or figuratively by shifting to a gated community. Once the Indian escapes India, India becomes the best country in the world & requires no improvement.

In Panipat's Ward-3 near Devi Mandir, a little girl slipped and fell into an open drain and started drowning. A man present at the spot immediately jumped in and saved her. The incident was caught on CCTV. Locals said similar accidents involving a woman and bike riders have happened at the same spot before.

About this initiative:
Every year during Navratri, the Ahmedabad Police formally deploys multiple She Team units in plain traditional attire across major public and commercial Garba venues. Established specifically to safeguard women, children, and senior citizens, these specialized teams operate undercover each night to provide immediate intervention, create on-ground awareness, and uphold Gujarat's global reputation as one of the safest regions for women.

Most old cities in the world are exactly this, Mixed-use midrise buildings going on and on. Nothing inherently wrong with it.
What's triggering the negative comments is the miserly practice of not plastering or beautifying the outer facade as @Tim_Clif says.
First part is an all time great, second part is South Indian mass tier movie which throws out all the realism & world-building of the first part for audience giggles.
